All payments are considered final once an order has been processed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by KB Metals Sp. Zoo.

Customers are encouraged to verify all order details, including metal type, grade, quantity, specifications, delivery arrangements, and total cost, before confirming their purchase.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Disputed Orders

If you believe an order has been delivered incorrectly or has a material discrepancy, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting documentation. We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution where required by applicable law or agreed contractual terms. This section does not guarantee a return or refund.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing, preparation, or shipment has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

6. Customer Responsibility
